DentalSoftShop sells digital dental software (CAD suites, lab tools, clinic management software) to dental labs and clinics worldwide. This page explains what data we collect when you use our site, why we collect it, and how we store it.

• Order details: the name, email, and message you submit on the checkout form. We need these to contact you, deliver your license, and install the software.
• Chat messages: anything you send us through WhatsApp or Telegram. These platforms handle that data under their own policies.
• Site usage: basic request logs (page visited, timestamp, IP) kept by our hosting provider for security monitoring.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for government IDs, bank details, or passwords. Payment is handled by the processor you choose at checkout; we never see your card number.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as your license is active so we can continue to support you. You can ask us to delete them at any time by replying to any support message.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share your details with the payment processor you used and, where needed, with the software vendor to activate your license.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email the address on our contact page and we will respond within a few working days.
