Who we are

We are an authorized reseller of the software titles listed on this site. Every product listing is built from vendor-provided materials or our own first-hand testing. If we have accidentally used an asset that belongs to you, please let us know and we will correct it without argument.

How to submit a takedown notice

Email us through the contact page with the following information:

• Your full name, company, and contact details.
• A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on dentalsoftshop.com where the material appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every notice within 3 business days. If the claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and notify you of the outcome. If we need more information to act on the notice, we will reply with specific questions.

Counter-notice

If your content has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact channel. Include the URL that was removed, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

Trademark claims

All brand names, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners. We display vendor logos only to indicate the software we resell. If you represent a trademark owner and want us to change how your mark is displayed, contact us and we will adjust it.

Repeat infringers

We do not host user-generated product listings. All content is published by our team, so repeat-infringer policies do not apply in the usual sense. If a vendor notifies us that a product is no longer authorized for resale, we remove the listing.
