Editorial Policy

DentalSoftShop exists to help dental professionals choose the right software without wasting weeks on trial and error. Every product we list is vetted with the same process.

How we choose products

• Vendor authorization: we only list software we are authorized to resell. We confirm the chain of authorization for each title before it goes on the site.
• Hands-on testing: our team installs and runs every product on a clean machine before we accept it for resale. We check the install flow, the first-use experience, and the common day-to-day tasks.
• Ongoing support path: we verify that the vendor offers updates, a support channel, and a clear license-transfer policy. If any of those is missing, we do not list the product.

How we write product pages

Descriptions are written by our team from first-hand use. Screenshots and system requirements come from the vendor or our own testing, not from stock marketing copy.

Corrections

If you spot an error on any page, email us through the contact page and we will fix it within a few working days.

Editorial independence

We do not accept payment or commission for writing favorable reviews. Our product ranking reflects what we recommend to our own clients, not sponsored placements.
